Kaizer Chiefs are currently going through what many local football fans call an “in my time” crisis. The team is certainly not what it used to be in its golden era. Lucas Radebe a legend at Chiefs has recently said that Chiefs should compete in the transfer market if they want to reach the level that teams like Sundowns are currently at.

Gone are the days where Chiefs would snap up any player on the transfer market. Even Bidvest Wits has a better squad than Kaizer Chiefs, the gap in quality is very obvious if you closely look at it, the likes of Supersport United and Platinum Stars have reached the group stages in Caf Competitions something Chiefs haven’t done in a while.
