Pirates Capture Sangweni.

Orlando Pirates have confirmed the signing of Thamsanqa Sangweni from Chippa United. The player joins Pirates after agreeing to terms on a deal that will see him part of the Pirates family until 2020.

The 28 year old follows in his brothers footsteps, Siyabonga Sangweni had a successful stint at Pirates winning the treble in his first season.

“I am very happy to have joined the club. I look forward to making a positive contribution to the team and help the team to bounce back to where we all know it belongs, said Sangweni.

The player also went on to thank chairman of Chippa United, the staff and supporters.
