Remembering a master of shoe shine

Thabo Rakhale brought back fond memories of what use to dominate South African Football with entertaining skills at Saturday’s Soweto derby in which Orlando Pirates overcame Kaizer Chiefs 2-0 thanks to second half goals by Tendai Ndoro.

In the midst of all the talk surrounding Rakhale’s antics on Saturday one could not be blamed for sparing a thought for the late Scara Ngobese who will be best remembered for the entertainment he provided for fans.

With Rakhale following in Ngobese’s footsteps local fans should be excited by the return of what South African football is identified by.
