Team Of Choice Gives Abia Nale Another Chance To Do Trials

Mpumalanga Black Aces did not sign Abia Nale last month as they were more focused in finding the replacement coach after they have parted ways with Mandla Ncikazi. However, Clive Barker has given Nale a second chance to trial at Aces, Barker previously worked with Nale at Mpumalanga Black Aces.

“I love Nale, he’s a terrific player and he can play wide,” says Barker telling KickOff.

“He has the ability to put a foot down on the ball and slow it down and quicken in it up.

“I wouldn’t mind Nale coming in and playing for us and that will be fantastic.”

Abia Nale was in the stands when United won 2-1 against Jomo Cosmos in the Telkom Knockout last-16 at Harry Gwala Stadium on Friday night.

Kurt Lentjies and on-loan midfielder Siyabulela Shai are the only midfielders Barker relays on for creativity.
