Watch! How Maluleka has been enjoying raising daughter Tinyiko

Mamelodi Sundowns’ George Maluleka is a young man who can really endure a difficult situation. He demonstrated that by continuing to fight for his place at Downs while he was being sidelined for a long time.

Raising a child isn’t a child’s play, it doesn’t take only the financial stability but love, care, and physical presence in their lives. Some men, even the married ones fail to avail themselves in their children’s everyday lives and this is what Maluleka has not failed to do. From spending time with her to fetching her from school.

Maluleka got married to Larel Maluleka in December 2017, and together seem to be happy with their little girl Tinyiko and the other child they were blessed with.

“Nyiko” as he is affectionately known was born in Tembisa and his football started in the academy called Kempton before he joined the University of Pretoria FC Youth Development. In 2006, he was introduced into the professional game by Pretoria University (TUKS) where several stars have been made.

He then joined SuperSport United before he was loaned back to Pretoria University before he joined Ajax Cape Town where he emerged in limelight. That’s when Bafana Bafana began to utilize him and he flourished since then.

Matsatsantsa felt that they still had a chance to lure him back before he was snatched by big fishes. He then signed again for them in 2012 but had a short stay with Kaizer Chiefs knocking on his door asking for services.

He would never deny experiencing playing the Soweto derby, Maluleka then joined Chiefs in 2014 and had a long time stay before he was convinced by Mamelodi Sundowns to join the flying high DStv Premiership Champions. Since he joined, he has lifted two league titles, MTN 8, and might add Nedbank Cup if they triumph against Marumo Gallants on Saturday, May 28.
