Tebogo Tlolane Happy to Return to Maritzburg United! The wide player has re-joined the side on a short-term basis.

Maritzburg United completed the loan signing of Tebogo Tlolane from Orlando Pirates. He has revealed his joy at returning to a team he has previously represented.

Messi has joined on a 6-month loan, until the end of the season. This is to gain valuable minutes as he has not played regularly at all for The Buccaneers this campaign.

He returned to Orlando Pirates at the beginning of last season but has not been able to win a place in the team. In Maritzburg United, he goes back to a team he played for on loan during the 2020/2021 season.

This deal was sealed on transfer deadline day.

“Firstly, I am grateful for the opportunity I have been given to represent the team again. I have good memories with the Team of Choice, and I hope to create more and be the best that I can be and help the team do well,” he spoke.

Tlolane will play under Fadlu Davids, whom he played under at Orlando Pirates as well.

“Having him back in the team is a huge boost to our squad.

“His attacking prowess and playmaking abilities will complement our striking force and give us the dimension that we need in our attack. Having worked with him, I know that he will make a positive impact upon being given an opportunity,” the coach revealed.
