Happy Quinton Jele is an Orlando Pirates right back and he is ranked among the most successful players at Orlando Pirates. The lanky Man from Middleburg has great leadership skills on and off the field and is vice-captain of Orlando Pirates. Jele continues to portray great discipline as it has been evident with the absence of a coach at Orlando Pirates. Below are 10 things you didn’t know about Jele.

1. Jele has helped Pirates win two trebles in succession in 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 season.
2. Orlando Pirates is Jele’s first and only professional football club he has been with since 2006.
3. In 2016 Jele was celebrating a decade with Orlando Pirates.
4. In 2011, Jele suffered a knee injury that ruled him out for the whole year.
5. Coming back from a year long injury, Jele scored on his return match against Black Leopards in a Telkom Knockout. Same year Bucs went on to win the Telkom Cup.
6. Jele is a great goalkeeper as well and recently he took over the goal post after Pirates were out of substitutes following the injury of Jackson Mabokgwane.
7. Jele has 5 Bafana Bafana caps under his belt.
