Linda Mntambo has donated couches to a burnt down family home in Meadowlands, Soweto. He stressed that a family of 8 cannot go this winter in such tumultuous conditions.
Mntambo is one of the most caring players in the PSL. He always seems to help those in need.
He does this through his foundation The Linda Mntambo Foundation.
“Yesterday I saw this house on Facebook that burnt down in Meadowland’s zone 6 a few days ago and this morning I decided to go donate couches. It’s sad to see this family of 8 going through a tragic loss to their belongings, home and memories they have built over the years through a fire ?.
“Can we as a community/ nation try lend a hand in rebuilding their home

Two weeks ago, Mntambo and his foundation led the brigade to help Lucky Lekgwathi’s restaurant. This is after his new business venture, Grootman, was looted last week.
Mntambo also said that others can donate should they wish to.
