The former Zimbabwean footballer and sports personality Tinashe “Father” Nengomasha has played for a number  clubs including Keizer Chiefs as well as the Zimbabwe National Soccer Team. 1. Nengomasha spent ten seasons at Kaizer Chiefs.

2. During the 2003–2004 season he was  named the PSL Player of the Season and the season after.

3. Kaizer Chiefs fans call him ‘The General’.

4. Zimbabwe national team warriors went on to win the tournament. Nengomasha was part of the warriors team that played in the 2004 AFCON finals held in Tunisia.

5. After signing to Kaizer Chiefs, Nengomasha was considered by some South Africa news papers as a “foreign flop”
