The club revealed in their statement.
Tlophie Motsepe took over from his father Patrice Motsepe as the Chairman of Mamelodi Sundowns earlier this year. This is the first landmark achievement since his reign began.

Their roster also includes South African athletes as well. This includes Siya Kolisi, Cheslin Kolbe, Lunga Ngidi, Temba Bavuma, Tendai Mtawarira, Sbu Nkosi and Bongiwe Msomi.
