Kompela: “Hurt Us At Your Own Peril”
Steve Komphela gave a warning to teams that are hitting the net first against Kaizer Chiefs can be disastruos.Reports from KickOff, Steve Kompela coach believes his club have the capacity to hurt teams if they score first when playing against the Soweto giants.
Komphela said: “I think, look at it from the positive point of view – maybe a message to those who hurt us, you do so at your own peril,”.
“I think it is up to them, the response in the second half. They are simply telling you there are signs and indicators of a champion.
“If you hurt us we have the power, so we happy that they have a way of responding. They have been great comebacks.”
Chiefs beat SuperSport United 4-1 after being a goal down before half time and have also overturned a two-goal lead against Maritzburg United in a MTN8 Cup clash, hammering the Team of Choice 5-3.
