Katsande Extends Stay At Kaizer Chiefs
Salt and Pepper, Salt and Vinegar, Willard Katsande has extended his contract to stay at Kaizer Chiefs for the next three seasons. Katsande who has won Kaizer Chiefs player of the season in the Kaizer Chiefs awards in 2015 is happy at Chiefs and does not look to move to overseas after speculations that he was gonna leave Chiefs.
Over the weekend in the derby, Katsande played a great game and was influential in the midfield with Siphiwe Tshabalala. he however cost Chiefs a goal when he missed a penalty that could have sealed three points for Kaizer Chiefs. He took the penalty casual and Brighton Mhlongo blasted the lazy taken penalty with his legs and saving a defeat for Bucs.
Amakhosi fans will be delighted to hear news that Katsande will be staying a Naturena for the next three seasons. The next Chiefs game is on the 18th of March when they take relegation zone threatened side, Baroka FC in Polokwane at Peter Mokaba stadium in a league encounter. Chiefs will be certain to take the three points to keep their title hopes alive but with a side that is fighting for survival in the PSL, this will not be a walk over.
