Moroka Swallows Retain The Services Of Lebogang Mokoena. The veteran skipper was instrumental in Swallows’ promotion into the PSL. The former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns man is now 33 years old. Alongside fellow veteran Vuyo Mere, the duo is the outstanding senior members in the Moroka Swallows side.

The Dobsonville based side retained the services of 31-year-old Namibian goalkeeper Virgil Vries. Vries looks at home in the Swallows goal posts. He’s been able to banish his succession of goalkeeping errors which saw him leave Kaizer Chiefs.
Another player who stays at the Swallows camp is 24-year-old full back Mthokozisi Shwabule. The South African full back will hope to have yet another impressive season. This time in the PSL where the stakes are a lot higher.
Lastly, Moroka Swallows have retained the services of 20-year-old South African international Givemore Khupe. The youngster has a lot of time to hone and master his craft. His role in the team is to grow, learn and assist where necessary.
