Judas Moseamedi Keen to Forget Orlando Pirates Result! Maritzburg United take on Baroka FC in the DSTV Premiership this evening.

Judas Moseamedi, striker for The Team of Choice, is keen to forget about the disappointment of last week. They lost 2-0 to Orlando Pirates at the Orlando Stadium thanks to a brace from Vincent Pule.

Maritzburg United are currently in 13^th spot with 20 points from 21 games.

“It’s very important for the team to apply ourselves 100% on Friday,” Moseamedi told the club website.

“If we can apply ourselves then we will get the three points.

“We are obviously disappointed by the loss against Pirates, but we don’t have to give up now. We can still manage to get the three points and move clear of the relegation zone.

“Looking at how we have played this year on our home ground, we have played very well, we haven’t lost in the league,” Moseamedi added.

“Playing home is a motivation because of the record we have here. The confidence is there and the smiles are there, I think we are ready.

“Baroka play well, we can’t underestimate them, so we need to prepare well and be ready for them,” the striker concluded.

The club has seen slight improvements since Coach Ernst Middendorp arrived to replace Coach Eric Tinkler. They have managed to usurp Chippa United and plunge them into the relegation battle alongside Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila and Black Leopards.
