See MaMkhize Celebrating Africa Day
The Royal AM boss lady Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize took to social media to celebrate the Africa day yesterday with an African traditional outfit. MaMkhize is known for being loud on social media and the pride she has being an African.
As per the South African government website, this day is “is intended to celebrate and acknowledge the successes of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU now the AU) from its creation on May 25, 1963, in the fight against colonialism and apartheid, as well as the progress that Africa has made while reflecting upon the common challenges that the continent faces in a global environment.”

Here’s MaMkhize’s message directed to the African continent:
“To an Africa that is diverse, rich and beautiful, we salute you. Over the years, you have been abused, taken for granted and mistreated all because you are everything THEY could have ever wished for. Today to still stand strong and we celebrate you, from Cape to Cairo your beauty and rich history remains undisputed. You’ve given us an identity that is envy of many, for we say that ASANTE,” she wrote on Instagram.
“My prayer for you is for the everlasting unity of your people. No matter the birth country, race or region we remain AFRICANS! After all, boarders are just geography!
“My thanksgiving camels inspired my Africa Day shoot. This year I wanted to embody 28th Century Dynasty. Africa is rich in culture and heritage, you need not to look far to find Queens, it’s in our DNA.
“HAPPY AFRICA DAY,” she wrote.

MaMkhize has made herself a name in the South African football leading Royal AM to being one of the deadliest teams in their first season in the DStv Premiership after they bought the status from Bloemfontein Celtic last season.
Thwihli Thwahla overachieved their targets as their initial goal this season was to reach top 8 but they now find themselves fighting for the CAF Champions League spot. Can MaMkhize go on and make herself a name in Africa just like domestically?
