Ageless Zlatan Ibrahimović Inspires Milan To Victory Yet Again! The influential Swede proved to be decisive for his Milan side once again. Ibrahimović was the difference as Milan stay on top of Serie A.
Zlatan Ibrahimović assisted for Franck Kessie before scoring a goal of his own. He has now scored 7 goals in Serie A.
AC Milan strengthened their #1 spot as they defeated Udinese 1-0 away from home. They have now won 5 out of 6 games this season.
Their only draw was a thrilling 3-3 draw with Roma. A match in which Zlatan scored a brace as well.
Zlatan turned 39 years old last month.
“If I were 20 years younger, they wouldn’t be able to stop me. Mind you, they can’t stop me right now,” Ibrahimović said after he scored a brace against arch-rivals Inter Milan.
Zlatan returned from self-isolation on October 17 after testing positive for Covid-19 in September.
“I tested negative to Covid yesterday and positive today. No symptoms whatsoever. Covid had the courage to challenge me. Bad idea,” Zlatan tweeted after contracting the virus.
“The virus has challenged me, and I won,” he said after returning.
“But you are not Zlatan, do not challenge the virus. Use your head. Respect the rules. Social distancing and masks, always. We will win.”
AC Milan and Zlatan are doing very well in the early stages of the Serie A season.
Zlatan joined Milan for free in January 2020. He has since inspired the team into a Europa League finish.
They are looking to enter the UEFA Champions League for next season. Ageless Zlatan Ibrahimović Inspires Milan To Victory Yet Again!
