Ajax Cape Town Relegated From The ABSA Premiership! Ajax Cape Town have been relegated from the Premier League after the end of the season after being found guilty of fielding ineligible Tendai Ndoro.

The clubs has automatically lost their wins against Platinum Stars, SuperSport and their draw against Polokwane, therefore dropping to 24 points and eventually relegated.

Platinum Stars originally finished bottom of the league but the points they gain from Ajax’s forfeiture lifts them to 27. Platinum Stars will now contest in the Promotion/Relegation Playoffs against Black Leopards and Jomo Cosmos.

Ajax have also been fined for a further four matches in which they fielded Ndoro in. The player in the middle of everything, Ndoro, has also been suspended for two games by SAFA.
