AllOutScouts Form A Partnership With Ajax CapeTown

AllOutScout, the online social platform that will allow aspiring football players to expose themselves to the biggest football clubs in the world, has officially launched, in proud partnership with Ajax Cape Town. Players will be able to upload their football videos onto their AllOutScout profiles, while scouts will be able to filter and view these videos and ‘Follow’ their favourite players.

Ajax Cape Town are renowned for developing young players and promoting them through the ranks all the way into the PSL team. Therefore, scouting young players is a fundamental element in maintaining the success the club has had in the Youth Academy.

It is  not the secret that Ajax Youth Academy is the best in the country, among some of the best Youth Academies in the world, Ajax Cape Town plans to use AllOutScout to better the chances of finding those hidden players who could well follow  the same route as Benni McCarthy and Steven Pienaar. They recently used ten of their development players in the MTN8 Final.

“AllOutScout is a wonderful initiative and one that we believe will benefit the club in a huge way. With the scouting network we already have in place, adding another element to our scouting department will help us immensely. We have also committed to bringing one player on trial with the club within the first 3 to 4 months of AllOutScout being launched,” commented Ajax Cape Town CEO, Ari Efstathiou on the clubs website.

AllOutScout CEO, Kosta Scholiadis, explained that there are countless talented young stars that just need to be given the opportunity.

“Players are desperate to showcase their talents, they just need a platform that lets them take control of their future – not hope for a scout to come and see them play. AllOutScout is an online scouting platform that empowers the football players by allowing them to manage their own profiles and upload their very own football videos, which scouts can then look at when searching for players,” commented Scholiadis.

AllOutScout also removes the geographical problem that scouts encounter. There are talented players in the furthest of rural areas and scouts just cannot get to those locations.

“What this platform does is allow the players to expose themselves without having to travel to where the scouts are located. In the small town of Kakamas, Rivaldo Coetzee was fortunate enough to be found by Ajax and now he has gone on to represent Bafana Bafana. How many more hidden gems are out there that we don’t know about?”
