Absa Premiership Defence Kicks Off Against The Buccaneer

The first game since the resumption of football is done and dusted and the Brazilians are through to the Nedbank Cup Final after beating Bidvest Wits by three goals to two. The focus shifts to the Absa Premiership title defence as Mamelodi Sundowns do battle with the Orlando Pirates at Dobsonville stadium.

Clashes against “The Buccaneers” are always highly contested as the numbers show that out of the seven Absa Premiership games played, Masandawana has won three with Pirates winning two and playing to two draws. There is a four points difference between the two sides, three points for the Brazilians will see them cut the gap between Kaizer Chiefs to just one point.

The match kicks off at 18:00 at Dobsonville Stadium and will be broadcasted on SS4.
