Arthur Zwane Looking Forward to Playing in The Macufe Cup Once Again! Amakhosi will take on Thwihli Thwahla this weekend.
Kaizer Chiefs is playing against Royal AM in the Macufe Cup on Sunday afternoon. Head coach Arthur Zwane is looking to use the game as preparation for upcoming official matches.
Amakhosi begin their October matches with hosting AmaZulu in the MTN 8 semi-final first leg on the 2nd of October 2022. This is the first of seven matches they will play in the month.
Mangethe wants to use the game to prepare of all seven of these encounters.
“We need the game because we want to improve on certain aspects of our game,” Zwane told the club media.
We want to get our chemistry right and also give some other players a chance to play because we want to keep everyone at the same level of fitness.
“We need to use the match get to try combinations and get them right for the games coming up in October because we will play seven official matches.
“We look forward to seeing Amakhosi supporters in Mangaung and the Free State because it has been long since we played there.” He spoke.
