Baxter Happy with a perfect send off.

Stuart Baxter could not hide his happiness after securing the Nedbank Cup for the second time in a row on Saturday.

The Pretoria based outfit bashed Orlando Pirates 4-1 in the final. Matsatsantsa could have repeated their 6-1 drubbing of Pirates earlier on in the season however they missed several clear cut chances.

A brace from Bradley Grobler and goals from Jeremy Brockie and Kingston Nkhatha saw the defending champions win 4-1 on the night. Brockie saw a penalty saved by Siyabonga Mpotshane.

“I thought the lad gave a fantastic performance, it could have run away to five or six, and then we give up a penalty at the finish. I will try not to let that spoil my evening”, said Baxter.

The Scott now shifts his full attention to Bafana Bafana.
