Bidvest Wits target Knox Mutizwa

Among the premiership front runners, Bidvest Wits has been the most active during the transfer window after signing Englishman James Keene and Frank Gabadinho Mhango.

The Clever boys are now earmarked to sign a rising Zimbabwean star Knox Mutizwa.  Mutizwa was the Zimbabwean PSL topscorer last season after bagging 14 goals which were enough to land him the golden boot at the annual soccer star of the year awards ceremony.

Knox is Zimbabwe’s vice captain at the African Nations Championship, perhaps an indication of the value attached to him as a player.

Comfortable with the ball and often a menace to opposing defenders Mutizwa presents Wits with a great attacking option as the Clever Boys seek to challenge for the PSL crown.
