The 33-year-old star’s wife Wendy paid glowing tribute to her man and could not keep the good news to herself and took to social media, Facebook and Instagram to share the good news to family and friends so they could join in the fun and early Christmas gift presented by Bernard.

Being in the twilight of his career, the 33-year-old gave his family something to be merry and cheer about as he works his way towards asserting a new career after hanging up his boots but his career judging by his qualification will revolve around the hustle and bustle of sport.

“It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do. There is no substitute for hard work, 23 or 24 hours a day. We are so proud of you Mr Parker.” Wendy said obviously in elation to the achievements of her other half.

Parker joins the likes of Lehlohonolo Majoro, Percy Tau, Tefu Mashamaite, Daine Klate and Siboniso Gaxa amongst others in obtaining a tertiary qualification that will come in handy when he decides to call it quits in the fast lane of professional football.
