Can Castro Play Without Billiat And Dolly?
Mamelodi Sundowns striker Leonardo Castro has not been on his top form for Mamelodi and the last time he scored a goal was last year while Keagan Dolly was still at Sundowns. Khama Billiat is currently on injury and it seems that Castro has been struggling to find the back of the net for the Brazilians What could perhaps be the problem?
Last year Sundowns had a dominating strike force comprising of ‘CBD’, that is Castro, Billiat and Dolly. However it seems that out of the trio only one of the players is on the pitch for Sundowns and is currently struggling to be fruitful for Sundowns. Castro does not seem to have grasped the language that Percy Tau and Sibusiso Vilakazi speak in the front force for Sundowns.
In the past week Pitso Mosimane has came out guns blazing demanding that Castro must learn to play without Dolly and Billiat. This is rather true as Castro has been struggling and Percy Tau has been the only one who is finding the back of the net for Sundowns. Mosimane is rather spot on as we also witnessed Castro banging in goals for Sundowns last year before the break and now he is struggling. Every striker is open to criticism. Even Ndoro has been on a poor form for Orlando Pirates.
