Cape Town City Sign Zambia International Charles Zulu! The dynamic winger signed a 4-year contract from Zanaco F.C. Charles Zulu becomes Cape Town City’s 7th signing of the season.
Cape Town City lost a big figure when Kermit Erasmus transferred to Mamelodi Sundowns. They have since signed 7 players to fill this void.
Players include the likes of Aubrey Ngoma and Terrence Mashego. Zulu is a Zambian international.
He was instrumental for Zanaco as they reached the CAF Confederations Cup quarter final in the last campaign. He contributed with one goal and two assists in the 12 games they participated in.
“Cape Town City is delighted to announce the acquisition of Zambian international winger Charles Zulu.
“City and Zanaco have reached a transfer agreement, which sees Zulu sign a 4-year deal till June 2024!” they said on their Twitter.
Zulu is unlikely to feature in this weekend’s opening round of fixtures for Cape Town City. He will however be a key figure for the Cape outfit this season.
He will join forces with the likes of Fagrie Lakay, Aubrey Ngoma and Prince Opuku Agyemang as the Cape Town City front men.
