SuperSport United midfielder Cole Alexander has declared himself “fully fit” ahead of the upcoming Nedbank Cup Final.
The defending Ke Yona champions lock horns with the Buccaneers at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, with both teams in search of a record third title in this lucrative cup competition.
Alexander has been out for most of the season and hopes to make a return against Pirates.
“I’m ready to battle with Pirates in the Nedbank Cup final if the coach Stuart Baxter decides and feel that I should play a part.
The 27-year-old former Ajax Cape Town, Chippa United and Polokwane City player says Matsatsantsa are also eager to retain their title in a repeat of last season’s spectacle when SuperSport defeat Pirates 3-2.
