Doctor Khumalo Reveals Why He Left Kaizer Chiefs! The football legend made headlines this past week after he left Kaizer Chiefs after many years with the club. Now Doctor Khumalo is setting the record straight n why he made the move.

Doctor Khumalo is now the technical director for Baroka FC, a position he says he has always wanted to occupy at Chiefs but was never made available to him.

“It’s not about frustration. It’s all about growth. Clearly the TD job was not available at Chiefs and that was the only job that I thought I could do taking into consideration the years I have been at the club with all my achievements. Unfortunately the job wasn’t available,”  he said.

“I’m here to learn from them and they are here to learn from me too. So it’s not true, I’m not going to become the head coach,” Khumalo said on being a coach in waiting.
