Fadlu Davids Confident of Collecting Victory Away to Mamelodi Sundowns! The Buccaneers will play against Masandawana tonight.

Orlando Pirates visit Mamelodi Sundowns in the DSTV Premiership tonight. Co-coach Fadlu Davids is very positive that his team has the ability to collect the three points against the league leaders.

Pirates are on third place in the league table, 16 points behind table toppers Sundowns. The visitors have been plagued by inconsistency throughout the campaign.

Their most recent result a 1-1 draw away to Swallows FC this week. This was a match they were lucky to escape with a point, as they were under heavy siege in the second half.

They will plot an unlikely victory to a side which has beaten them in three straight league matches. With Pirates failing to score in all three losses.

“Every match we play, we play for three points.” Davids addressed to the Orlando Pirates media department.

“It is no different going away to Loftus [Versfeld Stadium]. We go there to try to win, to try to collect the three points.

“We’ve been quite consistent in our performances. In our last match yes, [we] had some fatigue creeping in.

“But we’re confident in the boys, there’s no such thing as worrying about fatigue when it comes to a big match like tomorrow (today, 17 Dec. 21). So, we’re all ready and set to go.” Davids concluded.
