Former Orlando Pirates Star Dies In Car Crash! Sad news coming from the long weekend, former former Arrows, Pirates and Maritzburg midfielder Bheka Phakathi tragically died in a fatal car accident.
Phakathi died on Sunday morning on his way to training with ABC Motsepe League side, Umvoti, which he led to the play-offs for a spot in the National First Division (NFD). He was 43-years-old.
