Gaxa:”Soccer is not about individuals , it’s always about the team!”
Siboniso “Pa” Gaxa answers the question of why the Kaizer Chiefs players are still hungry, despite winning so many trophies over the previous years.
“We need to respect our job. We have a short(soccer) career, during which we need to win things.Not every player gets an opportunity to play in a final.We try to be humble and we keep fighting, working hard”
Pa delivered a great performance for the glamour boys in the 1-0 win over Bloemfointein Celtic Siwelele in the MTN 8 semi-final, where he won the man of the match award worth R8000.
“It was a tough game”disclosed Gaxa on the Saturdays MTN 8 match at FNB Stadium. “We won and we are happy to go to the MTN 8 final.Now,we want to celebrate and enjoy”
He added: “Soccer is not about individuals , it’s always about the team.You win together, you lose together.We fought tonight as a team”
