Pitso Mosimane compares Brazilian defender Ricardo Nascimento to Thabo Nthethe. According to Kickoff the Mamelodi Sundowns Boss Pitso Mosimane signed the Brazilian defender Ricardo and said he’s a typical Thabo Nthete. He believes Ricardo dos Nascimento can fill up Ramahlwe Mphahlele’s position and help their defense.

According to Kickoff, Pitso describes that Ricardo,he is an experienced defender and he has followedhim to Portugal for about a year.

He’s got skills like Thabo Nthete,except he’s left footed  and he can manage to pass those diagonal passed and he is a player maker.

“Ricardo is an experienced defender, I went to watch him in Portugal and I followed him for a year,” said Mosimane.

“He’s a typical Thabo Nthethe, but with a left foot, because we want those diagonals [passes] – if you can check our build-up play from left to right.

“Also, at Thabo and Wayne’s ages they can never play football for two years, so we have to rotate them.”
