Graham Potter Very Happy to Be the New Chelsea FC Head Coach! The blues have already secured their new manager.

Two days ago, Chelsea fired Thomas Tuchel as their coach. They already brought in a new man at the helm in the form of Graham Potter.

Potter has been poached from fellow Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion.

“I am incredibly proud and excited to represent Chelsea FC, this fantastic football club,” he told the club media.

“I am very excited to partner with Chelsea’s new ownership group and look forward to meeting and working with the exciting group of players and to develop a team and culture that our amazing fans can be proud of. I would also like to place my sincere thanks to Brighton & Hove Albion for allowing me this opportunity and in particular Tony Bloom and all the players, staff, and supporters for their continued support during my time at the club.”

This appointment has been met with slight confusion by the Chelsea fanbase. This is because Potter is replacing a UEFA Champions League winning coach in Thomas Tuchel.

By Todd Boehly, the club’s new owner, is convinced of his decision to brin in Potter.
