Grootman Restaurant Launch New Products as They Rebuild! Lucky Lekgwathi’s restaurant is currently on an upward trajectory.
Grootman Restaurant have launched brand new condiments products. The restaurant was severely looted during riots in South Africa a month ago.
After Lucky Lekgwathi’s restaurant suffered from the looting, he was forced to rebuild a restaurant which only opened its doors in April. The former Orlando Pirates defender complained at the lack of funds in his disposal.
Lekgwathi said that the restaurant cost him an astonishing R400 000 to start. He claims that this was the last of his football money, and that he’d be broke after this.
After the looting, he had lost his entire investment. This was worsened by the fact that the company was not insured.
He then called for donations from the public to rebuild his life’s work. Now it seems as if the company is getting back to its feet.
Grootman have just launched their condiments range. These are called Grootman Sauces!
They have also introduced a spice range as well.
“Get Ready to Have the Grootman Taste in your home!!! Grootman Sauce and Spice selection coming soon!!!” the restaurant posted on their official Instagram account.
