Jose Riveiro Confident Relebohile Mofokeng Can Impress in European Trials! The youngster is currently out of the country, hoping to win international hearts.

Relebohile Mofokeng is on trial at Premier League side Wolves. Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro believes the youngster has a very bright future. 

Mofokeng missed their last clash against Cape Town Spurs, last Friday. This is because of his ongoing trials. 

The youngster made his debut against Royal AM in the DSTV Premiership last season.

“I’m convinced that he is ready for whatever is coming,” Riveiro told members of the press.

“He is in a proper age, maybe here [South Africa] it looks early.

“But for me, if you follow the current situation in Europe, 17, 18, 19, and it’s really frequent in the top clubs to get your first minutes in the top teams.

“We have to, little by little, probably also change the decisions of our youngsters, when you are ready, you are ready. It doesn’t matter if you are 18 or 28.

“If you are ready to do it, you are ready. You have the level, you have the level and in this case, we know the type of talent that Relebohile is and everything is in his hands to use the opportunity.

“We are more than happy to see him in this situation and hopefully, he can make it.” He spoke.
