Kaizer Chiefs Ban Khune from Social Media?

Kaizer Chiefs have apparently banned Itumeleng Khune from Social Media.

Management allegedly banned their goalkeeper from posting on his social media accounts for the time being.

khune sent out some tweets following the draw against Golden Arrows on May 6th where he seemed to criticise some fans for the way he was being treated on social media. However the Bafana Bafana international soon apologised after seemingly being told by management .

This is what he said: ” On Sunday 7 May, I sent a few tweets out of anger and frustration from my account. The action was triggered by messages received from some of my followers, so of whom were apportioning the blame of our 1-1 draw against Arrows towards me.

“The club has always told us to be mindful when we use social media and should never tweet when emotional

“I regret sending the tweets and would like to profusely apologise to all those followers who were offended
