Kaizer Chiefs Confirm 3 Contract Extensions

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the contract extensions of three players, namely: Siphelele Ntshangase, Philani Zulu and Brylon Petersen.

The 27-year-old Ntshangase, who joined Kaizer Chiefs in January 2018 says: “Foremost I am emotional about it. I want to thank the Chairman for this opportunity. I want to thank everyone involved in seeing that I can still contribute to this immense institution.”

Another player from KwaZulu-Natal is the 27-year-old defender-cum-midfielder, Zulu who joined Chiefs in July 2017 says he’s happy and grateful for the extension of his contract. “All I can do to show gratitude and appreciation by continuing to work to the best of my ability. I want to give back to the club. Thank you to the Chairman.”

Lastly, the 24-year-old goalkeeper Brylon Petersen arrived at Chiefs in September 2016 from Pietermaritzburg. “I’m excited about my contract extension. It gives me a chance to improve further and compete at one of the best clubs on the continent. I have the opportunity to continue playing for the club. It is an honour to be here,” says Petersen.

The KwaZulu-Natal born trio have extended their contracts with one year until 30 June 2021.
