The Zimbabwean and Kaizer Chiefs captain Willard Katsande finally gets his Permanent Residence Permit.Willard Katsande is no longer considered as a foreigner here in South Africa,even in at his current club Kaizers has been removed at the foreigner’s list.

Willard Katsande have been waiting for this moment for a long time and his paperwork has now been completed. Kaizer Chiefs still has five more players still registered as foreigners,hope the will also get Permanent Residence Permit.
