He has been without a club since the end of the transfer window in January. He parted way with Maritzburg United by “mutual consent”.
The destination of his new club is of no knowledge. It seems the mercurial midfielder is taking his time in identifying the next best place for him.
At 30 years of age, Buchanan is a vastly experienced DSTV Premiership expat. He has represented Kaizer Chiefs, Bloemfontein Celtic and Maritzburg United in recent years.
