Lebogang Mokoena Does Not Regret Moving To Sundowns

Lebogang Mokoena, the Mamelodi Sundowns player has not lived up to his expectations, however he has no regrets about his big move to Sundowns. He move from Orlando Pirates to Sundowns in 2009 after he made more than 90 appearances for Pirates.

Due to his long term injury, his time with the Brazilians has not gone the way he would have like it to go. Last season he was sent to the development side to play in the Multi-Choice Diski Challenge. Even though Mokoena struggled for game time ever since he moved to Sundowns but he still does not regret his decision about his move.

“I do not regret joining Mamelodi Sundowns. People should understand that the two teams play different type of football. At Pirates we used to play strictly 4-4-2 formation and at Sundowns I  had to adapt to different formations” he said.
