Lehlohonolo Seema Believes They Could Have Defeated Kaizer Chiefs by More Goals! Abafana Bes’thende got the better of Amakhosi at the FNB Stadium.

Golden Arrows beat Kaizer Chiefs 1-0 in the DSTV Premiership on Saturday night. Head coach Lehlohonolo Seema revealed how the were able to constrict their hosts throughout the match.

The hosts were limited to very few opportunities throughout the encounter.

“Tactically we were spot on because we knew that if we could deal with the transitions of Kaizer Chiefs we could stop them.” Seema told SuperSport TV after the away win.

“When dealing with a team in transition, the second ball becomes important in where it drops and how we deal with it.

“After that we knew what to expect from the danger they pose from set-pieces.

“It’s a game I think that we made difficult for ourselves as we should have killed it off in the first half,” Seema said post-match.

“I think the sooner the guys learn to utilise those chances we create by working so hard the better.

“Because not many teams can penetrate Chiefs the way we did today, and the good thing I’m happy with is the clean sheet.

“What is important is knowing we can defend for the entire 90 minutes.” He confirmed.
