Liverpool Get the Better of Inter Milan In the UEFA Champions League! The Reds ousted Internazionale away from home in their European return.

Liverpool defeated Inter Milan 2-0 at the San Siro in the UEFA Champions League last night. They now stand in pole position to claim a last 8 spot.

The Reds produced an imperious display as both sides did not back down from each other. Chances were created at either end, but no one could find the target.

Eventually, Liverpool scored through two set pieces. Roberto Firmino put the visitors in the lead after an Andy Robertson header.

Mohamed Salah scored the second after Virgil Van Dijk laid it on a platter for him from a wide delivery.
