Mahlambi Set To Join A PSL Club In A R13 Million Deal! 20 year old Phakamani Mahlambi is set to leave Al Ahly SC in the Egyptian Premier League to join Mamelodi Sundowns and the deal is reportedly done.

“Mohamed Fadl, Ahly’s contract manager, said he had reached an agreement with South Africa’s Sundowns to transfer Phakamani Mahlambi from Al Ahly for $900,000 and get 20 percent of his resale or loan,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.

Sundowns will pay R13 231 143,00 for the deal, with Bidvest Wits receiving R4 410 381,00 and Alhly receiving R8 831 730,00.

This comes a week after Sundowns coach revealed that the club could not afford the young midfielder.
