Contrasting battles take centre stage as Bidvest, Maritzburg clash

Different battles will be on the agenda when Bidvest Wits and Maritzburg United clash tomorrow.

Wits will be looking to enhance their title credentials while Maritzburg United fight for survival continues.

Bidvest Wits are currently second with 39 points, seven less than log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns. Gavin Hunt will thus be hoping his team secures maximum points while also hoping Sundowns drop points.

For Maritzburg it will however be a fight for survival. Placed at the basement of the log standings Maritzburg have an opportunity of moving to second from bottom if they overcome Wits as only a point separates them from Tuks.
