Mamelodi Sundowns Need One More Win To Secure League! The Brazilians are on the verge of securing their 4^th consecutive league title.

AmaZulu lost 1-0 at home to Baroka FC yesterday. The defeat means that Mamelodi Sundowns are 1 win away from the inaugural DSTV Premiership league title.

Sundowns currently have a 7 point advantage over 2^nd placed AmaZulu. They also have 4 matches left while Usuthu have 3 matches left to play.

If Sundowns win their game in hand, they would open up an unnasailable 10 point gap, meaning that league victory would be theirs.

In a season in which The Brazilians have been by far the best team, title victory has been imminent. Masandawana went unbeaten until April, when they surprisingly lost 2-1 at home to Kaizer Chiefs.

Sundowns also went 4 matches winless before they hammered Orlando Pirates 3-0 at the Orlando Stadium last Sunday. Other than this, they have been the team to beat this season.

On-the-way-out Anele Ngcongca tragically passed away after a car accident in Kwa-Zulu Natal late last year. The right-back was on his way to be unveiled as an AmaZulu player, on loan from Sundowns.

Little than a month or so later, crucial defender Motjeka Madisha also lost his life to a car accident, on the 13^th of December. Motjeka was a crucial defender for both club and country.

The PSL offered Sundowns zero respite as they were forced to play games under these circumstances. The inevitable title victory will definitely be dedicated to the lives lost.
