Mamelodi Sundowns shift focus to Caf champions league

Pisto Mosimane will have been excited to see his charges register a 2-1 win over Mpumalanga Black Aces on Wednesday evening but focus has now shifted to the Caf champions league where Amasandawana face a stern test against Zimbabwean champions Chicken Inn.

Sundowns crashed to a 1-0 defeat in the first leg played at Barbourfields stadium in Bulawayo but Mosimane will be expecting a better performance from his team this Saturday evening.

Mosimane complained about a heavy pitch in the first leg but with home ground advantage, Amasandawana will be hoping to register a win which will see them progress to the next stage of the Caf champions league.

Kudakwashe Mahachi and Khama Billiat have already cited the threat their opponents may pose, but the Brazilians will be hoping produce the form that has made them a formidable outfit in the ABSA premiership.
