Mario Balotelli Welcomes His Second Child! Congratulations are in order for the Italian national who recently became a father for the second time after his girlfriend gave birth to their son. Balotelli already has a daughter from a previous relationship.

Forget Mario Jr or Simba, the 27 year old chose a unique name for his son, he named him Lion. Balotelli’s girlfriend Clelia gave birth to Lion in Zurich, Switzerland, on Thursday.
