Mashaba Praises Unity Among The Players
Bafana Bafana mentor Shakes Mashaba says spirits are high in the camp as they prepare for the second game of their Central American tour against Honduras. After 1-0 victory over Costa Rica, a goal scored by Andile Jali, Mashaba insists that Bafana Bafana are looking to build momentum ahead of their two-legged World Cup qualifying match with Angola.
“I have always maintained that winning is a good culture to develop,” said Mashaba.
“The tour of Central America has really cemented the unity among players and most of them will form a solid foundation for a team that will play against Angola.
“Everything seems to be coming together. The combination at the back and midfield is any coach’s dream and we just need to beef up the strike force going forward.”
