Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has shared his assessment of the club’s latest January signings, Daniel Msendami and Mpho Chabatsane. Both players joined Pirates from the first PSL club Ouaddou coached, forming part of a trio of new arrivals alongside Andre de Jong. The duo have been training with the squad for just over two weeks but have yet to make first-team appearances, though signs indicate they could feature soon.

Chabatsane was included on the substitutes’ bench during Pirates’ goalless draw against Sekhukhune United last Saturday. The inclusion suggests he could make his debut imminently, stepping in as a replacement for Mbekezeli Mbokazi. On Chabatsane, Ouaddou emphasized his technical ability, particularly his precision with the left foot.
