Orlando Pirates Looking To Welcome Back A Few Faces From Injury! The Buccaneers suffered a string of injuries in attack so far this season.

These injuries have mostly been up front. Pirates boast a wealth of players in attack, but have found themselves playing with a false #9 over the past two months.

Tshegofatso Mabasa, Zakhele Lepasa, Gabadinho Mhango, Terence Dzvukamanja, all Orlando Pirates strikers, have been missing through injury.

Josef Zinnbauer saw the return of Mhango and Mabasa in the second half against Bloemfontein Celtic. Pirates are now awaiting the returns of Lorch and Monare in their first team.

“Two more players are on the mend and are expected back in full training in the coming days.

“Thembinkosi Lorch, who limped off during the Nedbank Cup victory over Maritzburg United after a left adductor strain, is expected to partially resume training later in the week. At the same time, Terrence Dzvukamanja is scheduled to return to full training next week, as he also continues to undergo rehabilitation from an ankle injury.
