Mphela Tells Us Why He Left Chiefs

Katlego Mphela reveals why he left the PSL Championship league winners. The Bafana Bafana former player who was released from his team a month ago. He said that he could no longer play second fiddle and blamed the former Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter and his system that killed his mojo on the field.

  
“I actually wanted to leave Chiefs, my mind was made up”said Mphela. “I was not going to be anyone’s second best or punching bag. I wasn’t enjoying playing soccer and I wanted to be the best ” 

” It has never been about money, I just wanted to play that’s all.”he added.
